FinAdvisorDesk keeps your clients and their families in one place, reminds them on WhatsApp, records it when they reply DONE, and shows you which policies need a call.
Built for insurance agents, mutual fund distributors and advisory teams. Not for policyholders. Pay monthly by UPI.
Sample data for illustration.
FinAdvisorDesk is business software. It is for the person who runs the client book, and for the staff who keep it in order. It is not an app for policyholders: your clients never log in, and nothing here is sold to the public.
Everything about a client, their family and their policies in one place, with a clear list of who to call today.
Record SIPs against the client and the family, so you can see who already invests and who has not started.
Import the company files each month, keep dues and statuses current, and give your team one daily work list.
See renewals due, policies at risk and how well each family is covered, without building spreadsheets.
Advisors with a few thousand clients lose money in small ways: a missed renewal, a lapsed policy nobody chased, a wish that went out late. FinAdvisorDesk handles the routine part so your time goes to conversations.
Import your Excel sheet once. The family builder suggests who belongs together using mobile, email, address and surname. You approve each family and set the relationships.
Clients get a WhatsApp reminder 30 days and again 15 days before the premium is due. When they reply DONE, the paid count goes up and the next due date moves ahead on its own.
Upload the LIC monthly Premium Due List or the 15-day premium-paid statement as a PDF. Due dates and payments are updated, and where a client said they paid but the company file says otherwise, the company file wins. Pro also reads Excel and CSV files from other companies.
See every policy that has gone past its due date, sorted by how late it is, with a ready message for each. Clients who can still pay online are separated from those who need your call.
Wishes go out on the day. Each one can carry a gentle suggestion matched to the client's age, family and the policies they already hold.
Pick a family and see total premium per year, number of policies, policies that need attention and, on Pro, SIPs, with charts for each. Family opportunities shows what is missing for each age group.
Record each client's SIPs with fund house, scheme, amount and status, linked to the client and the family. Your suggestions then know who already invests and who does not.
Mark a client as Do not contact, or stop reminders for one policy only. Messages to them are blocked, and a client can reply STOP themselves.
Store a country code for clients outside India and message their WhatsApp number like any other.
A book of a few thousand clients grows through renewals you keep, families you cover better, and follow-ups that actually happen. FinAdvisorDesk is built around those three.
Renewal reminders, a desk for lapsed and grace-period policies, and a contacted or left-to-contact mark on every card mean a due date is chased once, and not forgotten.
Every family gets a protection score from 0 to 100, with the gaps named: health, term, children's plans, retirement. You walk into the conversation knowing what is missing.
Smart suggestions look at age, family and what the client already holds, and suggest health, term, pension, NPS, whole life, SIP or investment ideas, with the reason. Revival ideas appear for lapsed policies.
The Today screen puts the day's renewals, wishes and follow-ups in one short list. One tap opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
Import every company's file into one client book, with families linked and duplicates handled. A new team member can start from the Today list on day one.
A dashboard of renewals, lapses and cover scores, and a message log of what went out and when.
FinAdvisorDesk helps you organise and follow up. It does not promise a particular increase in sales, and it does not give investment advice.
Every policy is placed automatically from its due date and payment history, and moves on its own when a company file or a client reply arrives.
Client can still pay and keep the policy in force. A "pay now" message is ready to send.
Paid up if premiums were paid for two years or more, lapsed if not. Both can usually be restarted online, subject to the insurer's rules, and the message tells the client how.
Moves to your personal follow-up list.
Upload your sheet. Dates, mobile numbers and company names are cleaned as they come in.
Add your own WhatsApp Business account from Meta. Messages go from your number, in your name.
Renewals, wishes and follow-ups are sent on schedule, or one tap at a time if you prefer.
DONE moves the due date. Each month's company file confirms it.
Start with the plan you need and upgrade any time. When you upgrade you pay only the difference for the days left on your plan.
For advisors who mainly manage LIC policies and follow up themselves.
Everything in Basic, plus WhatsApp sending, family view and smart suggestions.
Everything in Plus, plus every company's files and the SIP manager.
WhatsApp charges are separate. Plus and Pro use your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta bills its message fees to you directly, and FinAdvisorDesk adds nothing on top. Payment is by UPI. Share the transaction details in the app and your plan is activated after approval. You are reminded in the 7 days before your plan ends and the 7 days after it. After that the account becomes read-only, so you can still view and export your data. See the full plan comparison.
Your clients are kept in their own database, apart from every other advisor's. Nobody else on the platform sees them.
The platform takes a backup of all data every night, and the server itself is also snapshotted regularly, so one failure does not cost you your clients.
Export your full client list to Excel with one click, on any plan, even after your plan ends.
Consent is built in. Do-not-contact clients are never messaged, and the message log shows what was sent and when.
Privacy policy and terms are available inside the app. This is software for advisors and does not give investment advice.
For insurance agents, mutual fund distributors, financial advisors and the back-office or finance teams who work with them. It is not for policyholders or the general public: your clients do not log in.
No. It is a record-keeping and follow-up tool for the advisor. The suggestions it shows are prompts for you to review, not advice to your clients.
Yes, for Plus and Pro. You connect your own account from Meta, so messages come from your number. Basic does not send from a business account, but you can still open WhatsApp with the message ready and press send yourself.
Meta charges per conversation or message, depending on the type. That is billed by Meta to your account. FinAdvisorDesk does not add a markup.
Every plan reads LIC's monthly Premium Due List and the 15-day premium-paid statement as PDFs. Pro also reads Excel and CSV files from other companies, as long as they carry the policy number, premium due, due date, term and commence date.
The client's DONE reply is recorded straight away and marked as claimed. When the company file arrives, it overwrites the record, so you see the real position and can follow up.
Yes. Mark a client as Do not contact, or stop reminders for one policy only. Clients can also reply STOP.
You are reminded in the 7 days before it ends and the 7 days after. After that the account becomes read-only: you can view and export everything, but messages stop until you renew.
Yes. It runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
